Rich has a decade’s experience in every single step in production, meanwhile this process is automatic with a daily capacity of 500k pieces.
For mold creation, Rich possesses professional Mold creation Team and all kinds of mold processing machine: Milling Machine、Grinding Machine、Electrical Discharge Machine（EDM)、wire cutting Machine and other advanced processing equipment to satisfy customer different product requirement.
For regular size candle jar lid, we can manufacture with customer confirmed sample.
For special size、shape、hollowed、embossed/debossed logo candle jar lid, we can produce corresponding mold and provide sample according to customer provided technical drawing.
For surface finishing, Rich owns five different types of surface finishing production line. It can not only meet the color and appearance requirements of various products, but also greatly reduce the cost of products for customers.
For most of traditional candle jar lid manufacturers, the ways of packaging products are manual or semi-automatic. These approaches turn out low efficiency and high labor cost. Rich has developed the very first automatic process from dispensing, silicone gluing, to packaging, which reduces the dependency of labor as well as increases capacity, furtherly provides more value to our customers.
